How 24Strong handles personal information under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the website at https://24strong.ca (the “Site”). It does not apply to the websites of the casino operators we review or link to — those operators have their own privacy policies, and your interactions with them are governed by those documents, not this one. When you leave 24Strong by clicking an affiliate link, the destination site’s privacy practices take over.
24Strong is operated from Canada and is subject to Canadian privacy legislation, principally the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Where Québec’s Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended in 2022–2024) imposes additional requirements on Québec residents, those requirements take precedence over PIPEDA’s default provisions for affected users.
24Strong does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal information to read the site. What we do collect falls into the three categories below.

24Strong is funded by affiliate commission. When you click a “Play Now” or operator link from this site and subsequently register an account at that operator, the operator may set a tracking parameter (typically in the URL and/or a first-party cookie on the operator’s domain) that allows them to attribute your sign-up to 24Strong. The operator then pays 24Strong a commission according to the standard commercial arrangement between us.
This attribution happens on the operator’s side, not ours. We do not transmit your name, email address, deposit history, or any other personal information to the operator beyond the standard tracking parameter; the operator already collects all of that under their own privacy policy when you register. Commission is paid based on aggregate sign-up counts, not per-user data, and arrival of commission has no effect on your individual relationship with the operator.

24Strong covers online gambling and is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18+ in most of Canada, 19+ in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland, and the Yukon, NWT, Nunavut). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the legal gambling age, and we do not market to under-age users. If you believe a minor has supplied us with personal information, email privacy[at]24strong.ca and we will remove it.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the limited personal information we do hold: TLS encryption for all site traffic, short retention windows, role-restricted access to logs and emails, and routine backups stored in encrypted form. No system is perfectly secure, but the very narrow data footprint we collect minimises what could be exposed in a worst-case incident.
If we ever experienced a security incident affecting personal information, we’d notify affected users in accordance with PIPEDA’s breach-notification rules.
Some of our service providers (Cloudflare, our analytics platform, certain affiliate networks) may process data outside Canada, typically in the United States or the European Union. We require providers to apply protections equivalent to those required under Canadian law, and we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal safeguards where applicable.
We update this policy when our practices, our service providers, or applicable law change in a way that affects what we’re telling you here. When we make a material change, we update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, we summarise what changed in a short note alongside.
